The Others LOST

Who the hell is that? My boyfriend pointed him out five minutes before the episode ended last night. I had to rewind the TiVo to notice. He eerily pops up while Sun is watching Jin leave on the raft.Who is this scary man?? Forget about that hatch, I'm more worried about this creepy thin man! This show makes me paranoid, sorry.
